Cordless cooling fan suggestions

My wife gets really hot while blow drying her hair and doing her makeup. I would like to get her a cordless fan that can sit on her bathroom counter that will cool the room while she gets ready. When I say cool, I mean really cool! Not just mist her. haven't found much that looks promising so was hoping for some suggestions!
