Bang styling for wedding

I’m doing my own hair and makeup for my wedding and would like to wear my bangs down for it but it’s outdoors in June. How do people with bangs style them and do their makeup? Makeup first then bangs? How do you keep them out of your face? I have a hard time getting my bangs to stay in front so parting them while I do my makeup is not ideal. Are there any products I can use to help keep them in place without them getting crunchy?
