What happened to my chicken's toe, why is it curved, and what can I do?

I woke up last night and I saw my chicken running around, I grabbed him and put his toe back into place. Hes been limping, only standing with his other foot, and sitting down. Yes he eats an drinks, but what can I do to help him heal? Im really worried.
