Is this appropriate for an evening quinceañera?

Going to my first quinceañera for my husband’s niece. It’s in the evening at an event hall with no specific dress code on the invite, and I’m wondering if this is too much cleavage (my body type is similar to the model)? Husband thinks it’s fine (and says Latino celebrations are less modest) but he’s not particularly in tune with women’s fashion so I wanted a double check. Thanks for the help!
