Tips for consistent skincare

I seem to be breaking out a lot in the last couple of months which I’m sure is due to stress but I’m wondering how I can fix this.

For context I work at Starbucks, I work about 40 hours and on top of that I’m in school. I don’t always wash my face twice a day like I should (I know that’s part of the problem).

Does anyone have any tips or anything for staying consistent with skincare? It’s hard before bed because I’ll pass out from being exhausted before I even change into my pyjamas :/
