cutting my hair

I have short-ish hair, cut maybe an inch below my shoulders. But I think I want to go shorter! I saw a comment that said when you want to go short you should cut either chin length or between shoulder-chin… but I’m stuck between growing it out again or just chopping it off. This would be my first time having hair like this :)

Anybody who has hair that short, do you like it? Or do you wish you had grown it out lol
