Getting off at a stopover (Auckland)
I am taking QF 4 JFK-Sydney then Sydney to Queenstown
I just realized the flight has a stopover in Auckland so thinking of getting off at Auckland and getting a cheap domestic flight to Queenstown to save 7 hours.
My return flight is booked separately (on the same airline but different itinerary) and I’ll carry on my baggage.
Anything stopping me from doing this?
